ODLC and ALRC Respond to OHCA’s Proposed Rules for SoonerCare Coverage of ABA Therapy
On March 3, 2019 the Oklahoma HealthCare Authority (OHCA) posted proposed rules for the coverage of Applied Behavior Analysis Services. ODLC has serious concerns about the proposed rules as written.
