On March 3, 2019 the Oklahoma HealthCare Authority (OHCA) posted proposed rules for the coverage of Applied Behavior Analysis Services. ODLC has serious concerns about the proposed rules as written. We have partnered with the Autism Legal Resource Center to submit public comment to OHCA detailing these concerns. Our joint public comment follows:
